Founder & CEO – Justin is a passionate security researcher with over a decade of experience in consulting. He is a SANS instructor and has had multiple opportunities to work on government contracts specializing in network monitoring systems and incident analysis. He also has had extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Justin is the 13th GSE to become both a red and blue SANS Cyber and holds over 50 industry certifications. Justin is also a SANS instructor and course author of SEC555: SIEM with Tactical Analytics, SEC455: SIEM Design and Implementation, and SEC530: Defensible Security Architecture.

Josh is an Information Security professional with over 10 years of experience in the information security field. He has a wide range of experience in Higher Education and the Healthcare Industry. He currently holds over 30 industry certifications as well as a Master Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

John is a dedicated blue-teamer and is driven to help develop defensive talent around the world. Through his years of experience as the SOC Lead for GlaxoSmithKline he has real-world first-hand knowledge of what it takes to defend an organization against advanced cyber-attacks and is eager to share these lessons with his clients and students. As a SANS Cyber Defense curriculum instructor and course author of multiple defense-oriented SANS courses, John specializes in threat hunting, network security monitoring, SIEM design and optimization, and constructing defensive postures that allow organizations to protect their most sensitive data. John holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his past research spans from malware reverse-engineering to car hacking, mobile app security, and IoT devices. Josh Johnson is a security expert with over 10 years of experience in the information security field. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Security Engineering and 10 industry certifications. Josh is passionate about using his knowledge of attack techniques to help organizations immediately improve their defensive posture and security capabilities. Josh is the 109th person in the world to achieve the GSE.

Senior Consultant / SANS Instructor – Shaun McCullough is a security expert with over 10 years of experience in the information security field. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Security Engineering from the SANS Technology Institute. Shaun is one of the few SANS instructors who teaches SEC545: Cloud Security Architecture and Operations. In the Department of Defense, Shaun was the Technical Directory of Red and Blue operations teams, a researcher of advanced host analytics, and currently runs a threat intelligence focused open source platform. Shaun is the 148th person in the world to achieve the GSE.

Senior Consultant / SANS Instructor – Austin has an extensive background in Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operations and has performed incident response for some of the world’s top Fortune companies. His expertise includes penetration testing, data science, threat hunting and User and Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA). He is the co-author to “Crash Course in Data Science for Hackers” which is taught annually at Blackhat and author of “How to Build a World Class Monitoring System for Home, Small Office, or Enterprise Networks”.
